3-Phase Process
Architectural Design + Feasibility Study
With Freedom Design + Build, Inc., Phase 1 is where the fun begins & our design team will collaborate with you to bring your ideas to life. We create a 3D model utilizing state-of-the-art technology to prepare visualizations to further refine goals, pricing, & expectations.
At the end of Phase I, you will have updated pricing, floorplan drawings + renderings & a Phase II Design Agreement in hand.
Selections + Engineering + Tradewalk + Contract
Our team’s focus shifts to the finer details. This is when your project really starts to come to life! While Freedom Design + Build, Inc. is working on your selections together, we’re also working on engineering so that no time is lost. At the end of Phase II you’ll receive a construction contract, that notes pricing, estimated timelines, & every option we selected together. You’ll also receive your selections portfolio, contract drawings, & the option to experience your space in virtual reality.
Permitting +
Production Scheduling + Construction
Once we have a construction contract in hand, Freedom Design + Build, Inc. will submit for building permits. Every project’s permitting process is unique, as are the timeline expectations. Once we have a permit in hand, we begin our project planning to coordinate scheduling & order materials.
We’ll kick off the project with an Onsite Pre-Construction Meeting where we’ll ensure alignment on communication, project schedule, & jobsite logistics.
